Changed your mind? Here's what you need to know.

THE RETURN WINDOW

Translation: You have 5 days. Not 6. Not when you feel like it. 5 days from delivery.

You have 5 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. The clock starts when the package is marked as "delivered" by the carrier, not when you decide to check your mailbox.

Returns requested after the 5-day window will not be accepted. No exceptions, even if your dog ate your homework.

CONDITION REQUIREMENTS

Translation: Don't wear it, wash it, or remove tags if you want to return it. We can tell.

All returned items must be in their original condition. That means:

  • Unworn — We know the difference between "tried on" and "wore it to the club"
  • Unwashed — Detergent scent is a dead giveaway
  • Original tags attached — Cut them off = yours forever
  • Original packaging intact — Yes, the tissue paper matters

Items showing signs of wear, alteration, washing, or missing tags will be returned to you without a refund. We'll include a note explaining why we're not in the business of accepting used clothes.

THE NON-RETURNABLES

Translation: Some things we just won't take back. Read carefully before buying these items.

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Sale items — You got a discount, you keep it
  • Accessories — For hygiene reasons
  • Limited edition drops — You either want it or someone else does
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" — It's literally in the name
  • Anything customized — We didn't make those decisions, you did

All limited edition releases are final sale. There are no exceptions to this rule, even if you bought the wrong size, changed your mind, or realized your significant other hates it.

RETURN PROCESS

Translation: Follow these steps exactly or your return will be lost in the void.

  1. Contact us — Email contact@welovecelsius.com with your order number and the items you want to return
  2. Wait for approval — We'll confirm your return is within the 5-day window and the items are eligible
  3. Get return address — We'll provide the return address after approval
  4. Package properly — Use the original packaging or equivalent. Items damaged in transit due to poor packaging won't be refunded
  5. Ship it back — Use a tracked shipping method. We're not responsible for items lost in transit

Returns sent without prior approval or to incorrect addresses will not be accepted. Follow the process or keep your stuff.

REFUND TIMELINE & METHOD

Translation: We'll give your money back once we check the item. Shipping costs are on you.

After we receive and inspect your return (which takes 1-3 business days), we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 14 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are not refundable
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility
  • Any duties or taxes paid on international orders may be non-refundable depending on your country's customs policies

Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method. We do not issue store credit, gift cards, or transfers to other payment methods. No exceptions.

EXCHANGES

Translation: We don't do exchanges. Return it, get your money, buy the right thing.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

This policy exists because:

  • It ensures you get exactly what you want
  • Limited inventory means we can't guarantee the new item will still be available
  • It simplifies the process for everyone

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Translation: If we actually messed up, we'll fix it. But a loose thread is not a defect.

If you receive an item that is genuinely damaged or defective (not just "not what I expected"), please contact us at contact@welovecelsius.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the defect

For legitimate manufacturing defects, we'll cover return shipping costs. Minor imperfections in handmade or artisanal products are part of their character and not considered defects. A single loose thread doesn't qualify. We'll tell you to get scissors.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Translation: International returns are complicated. Expect extra steps and costs.

For our global customers, international returns follow the same policy with these additional considerations:

  • You are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs fees, duties, and taxes incurred when returning items
  • Mark the package as "Returned Goods" to avoid additional customs charges
  • Include all original customs documentation with your return
  • Use a tracked shipping method with insurance

International returns can take up to 30 days to process due to customs clearance and international shipping timelines. Plan accordingly.
